Since the Pandemic i've spent a lot more time in Bedlam Bay the surrounding parks and Gladesville mental hospital grounds, It s a great place for me to get my daily exercise, read a book or do some filming.

Walking through there i always felt there was something there and a few weeks later i found a sign mentioning the 1200 unmarked graves of the former patients who died there. No not a spooky vibe just a vibe.

Being a musician ( I'm a very amateur film maker) i thought i could make a video and soundtrack to recognize and respect those that died there, not to ignore or exploit them.

There's nothing gratuitous about this video no corny effects with Ghosts popping out behind trees. The video for the most part seems to work well with the music.

I called the track Requiem because one of the patches i used for the track on my Synthesizer was called that and only after googling it's meaning that i knew i chose the right title.

A guy with an autoimmune system disorder hides from a killer virus sweeping the land in a park filled with the ghosts of 1200 mental patients because it's the only safe place for him to be away from people. Sounds like the plot of a very B grade movie but it's actually my life.

P.S it's only semi derelict and still in use as i've heard the screams of a person coming from one of the buildings once and that's kinda spooky. www.facebook.com/pages/category/Record-Label/Piper-Art-Records-104649420901152/
